Additionally, the first floor has a comfy home theater equipped with a flat screen tv where you can watch movie to wrap up a fun day in the sun. And you can rest your head in the master guest rooms–– with a king beds and ensuite bath.
On the second floor, your kids will be excited to discover a fun bunk room with 4 queen beds and 2 twins. This is adjacent to the open game area for them to play and hangout. Connected is a second-floor balcony for additional space to relax with view of the pools. There are 2 more king ensuites and a king bedroom with shard bath.
The third floor hosts the remaining 4 guest rooms each with its own bathroom and luxury bedding to offer the highest comfort. A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Signed rental agreement and security deposit required for reservation.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
